- Race 1 – Jockey Gabriel Asencio was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the use of the riding crop. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Asencio, he was fined $100 fine (first offense).
- Race 5 – Jockey Richard Balgobin was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the disqualification. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Balgobin, he was issued a one day suspension. Friday August 14, 2026.
- Race 7 – Jockey Desmond Bryan was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the use of the riding crop. Mr. Bryan waived his right to a hearing and was fined $288 (first offense).
