After reviewing films and talking to both jockeys, it was determined that the #5 did drift out, bumping #4. Therefore, # 5 who finished first, was disqualified and placed second. - Race 3 – Jockey Ridge Balgobin was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the disqualification. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Balgobin, he was given a one day suspension Saturday, August 15, 2026.
- Race 7 – Jockey Kyle Carter was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the use of the riding crop. After waiving his right to a hearing, Mr. Carter was fined $200 (Second offense).
