| 7 | Stewards inquiry regarding the start of the race. #7 Bri’s Boy (Mauricio Malvaez) jumped up leaving the gate but had a fair start. The #2 Vantasticcanaveral (Cesar Vidaurri) came out, and the #5 Remarkable Eli (Desmond Bryan) did come in leaving the gate, squeezing the #3 Man At the Pulpit (Enrique Gonzalez) and the #4 Chickoutthebizz (Ridge Balgobin). | 8 | Stewards inquiry #8 Magicstrikesagain (Jose Asecio) came in causing interference to #6 American Farmer (Richard Balgobin) in the stretch run. After reviewing films and talking to both jockeys it was determined #8 did come down causing #6 to take up. #8 was disqualified from 2nd placed 9th. Official order of finish was 4-3-9-7-2. - Race 1 – Jockey Alexander Marti was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the use of the riding crop. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Marti, he was issued a $200 fine (Second offense).
- Race 8 – Jockey Jose Asencio was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the disqualification. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Ascencio, he was issued a one day suspension August 8, 2026.
