In the opinion of the Board of Judges, TRAINER/OWNER, AUTHORIZED AGENT, CHRISTOPHER RONALD LANCASTER, AIRDRIE, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. JANUARY 9, 1991, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 458(2)(c); At any time while on the grounds of an Association, the whip shall only be used for safety purposes and for very light encouragement. The only movement allowed to encourage a horse is a movement of the wrist. (During morning training session on May 13, 2026).
PENALTY: CHRISTOPHER LANCASTER is hereby FINED THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(Failure to pay the fine by June 3, 2026 will result in licence suspension.)
