FEBRUARY 13, 1978, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for entering an ineligible horse #1 “THE COMRIE RULE” (doesn’t meet the conditions of the race) thereby causing the horse to be a Steward’s scratch from Race 1, Sunday, August 2, 2026.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 147(3)(a), 287(1)(vii) and 296(1)(a)(2)(a).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297 fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(If fine remains unpaid after ten (10) days from its imposition, any licence held by the participant shall be suspended until the fine is paid in full, unless the Board of Stewards otherwise directs.)
