MEETING: Whoop-Up Downs, Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada - May 26, 2026

OWNER/TRAINER, COLTEN CHARLES MEAD, PERM. ADD.: LETHBRIDGE, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. NOVEMBER 20, 2000, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) for his misconduct following the running of Race 6 while on the track unsaddling in front of the public (grandstand) Saturday, May 16, 2026.  In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA 

Rule 286g(1);  Conduct prejudicial to the best interests of horse racing, namely Rule violation HORSE RACING ALBERTA Directive 236-2026 (2); All licensees shall conduct themselves in a professional, respectful and orderly manner while on the grounds of any licensed racetrack or during any racing related activity under the jurisdiction of Horse Racing Alberta; and HORSE RACING ALBERTA Directive 236-2026 (3)(4) and (5).

In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 278, 287(1)(xxviii)(xxx), 295 and 296(1)(a)(d)(2)(a).

In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.

(If the fine remains unpaid after ten (10) days from its imposition, any licence held by the racing participant may be suspended until the fine is paid in full unless the judges/stewards board otherwise directs.)
