JULY 17, 1993, is hereby SUSPENDED FROM RIDING FOR THREE (3) RACE DAYS, SUNDAY, JULY 6 AND SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, JULY 12 AND 13, 2025, for allowing his mount #3 “B B CITI STORM” to come in when not clear, interfering and causing #2 “STREET ALYBYE” on his inside to hit the rail and unseat the rider thereby causing #3 “B B CITI STORM” to be DISQUALIFIED from 3rd and declared UNPLACED in Race 1, Saturday, June 28, 2025.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 240, 270(a), 271, 276(1)(2)(4) and 296(1)(a)(2)(b)(g).
