Horse Racing Alberta sends its heartfelt condolences to the family of Jim Prentice, former Premier of Alberta. Mr. Prentice was killed in a plane crash near Winfield, B.C. with 3 others as they were enroute from Kelowna to Springbank airport near Calgary.
