JULY 11, 1994, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 123(1)(2); Any person who is responsible for a racehorse stabled on the grounds of a racetrack for the purpose of racing must ensure that a negative test for equine infectious anemia (Coggins test) dated in the preceding 12 months (365 days), has been issued with respect to that horse. No person may bring a horse onto the grounds of a racetrack or permit the entry of a horse onto the grounds of a racetrack, unless a certificate of a negative test for equine infectious anemia has been issued with respect to that horse in accordance with subsection (1); for having a horse shipped in without a current negative Coggins test.

PENALTY: JUSTIN CURRIE is hereby FINED THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) AND SUSPENDED FROM BACKSTRETCH DUTIES FOR A PERIOD OF TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS, AUGUST 7 – 16, 2025 (INCLUSIVE).
