Race 1 – Jockey - Richard Bird Rattler was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards for misuse of the riding crop. After reviewing films, Mr. Bird Rattler was fined $100.00 (First offense).
Race 2 – Jockey Gabriel Asencio was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards for misuse of the riding crop. Mr. Asencio was issued a $185.00 fine. (First Offence)
Race 4 – Jockey Tevin Foster was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards regarding the disqualification. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Foster, he was issued a one day suspension to be taken on September 5, 2025.
Race 9 – Jockey Keihton Natera was asked to come to the Stewards office to review films from the night before. After talking to Mr. Natera and reviewing the films, he was issued a $400.00 fine for misuse of the riding crop (Fourth offense).
