Office:
Hearing held with Driver Jacques Lambert regarding his urging during the stretch drive in Race #9 at Century Downs on August 30th. Mr. Lambert was found to be in violation of HRA urging rules and was fined $300.00 as this was his second offence. (ruling # to follow).

Races:
Race #1 – Clear Reviewed the break by #4 Mr Jeter (Giesbrecht) before the 3/4. Horse finished 4th and complied with HRA breaking Rule 461s and must qualify for a break off a qualifier. Hand timed the race and adjusted ¾ time.
Race #2 – Clear Hand timed the race and adjusted ¾ time.
Race #3 – Clear
Race #4 – Clear #4 Mcmiracle vet scratch (lame). Reviewed pylons first turn #1 The Wow Factor (Bouvier) was inside two consecutive pylons, finished 4th and was not lapped on. #2 Special Audience finished distanced and qualifies for performance.
Race #5 – Clear Reviewed the break by #1 Mylittle Gingerman (Hennessy) before the 1/2. Horse finished 3rd and complied with HRA breaking Rule 461s.
Race #6 – Clear #4 Rocky Mtn Wine finished with broken equipment (gaiting strap).
Race #7 – Clear
Race #8 – Clear #8 Custards Rendition finished with broken equipment (hopple).
