  • Race 1 – Jockey Kimal Santo was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards for misuse of the riding crop. After talking to Mr. Santo, he was issued a warning.
  • Race 1 – Jockey M.A. Campillo was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards for misuse of the riding crop. Mr. Campillo was issued a $300 fine (third offense).
  • Race 1 – Jockey Omar Hernandez was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards for misuse of the riding crop. After reviewing films, Mr. Hernandez was issued a $200 fine (second offense).
  • Race 4 – Jockey Kimal Santo was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards to review films.  After talking to Mr. Santo, he was issued a warning for standing up before the wire.
