Office:
Held a telephone review with Phil Giesbrecht regarding his urging from Race #4 on January 11th. He had watched the replay and understands what is acceptable going forward.
Hearing with James Jungquist concerning Race #5 from January 11th. After reviewing the film and listening to Mr. Jungquist’s explanation, the panel found he violated HRA Rule 458 s (1)(i) (ruling number pending). Also spoke with Mr. Jungquist regarding his urging during Race #1 on January 11th. He had reviewed the replay and understands what is acceptable going forward.

Race #7 – Clear Spoke with driver James Jungquist regarding his drive while following #3 HF Devan James on the backstretch as horses approached the last turn.
Race #8 – Clear #9 MYOHMYLOOKATMEFLY – Vet scratch (sick)
OnTrack timing system was not functioning properly, therefore times for all races were taken from Gmax system after each race.
