Met with Trainer Matthew Howlett and Dr. Dale Gibson concerning a TCO2 testing matter. Trainer’s explanation accepted.
Trainer Robert Parish was in regarding two horses under his care that had expired Coggins tests (ruling # pending).
Drivers Gilles Bouvier and Chris Brown were in to review and discuss their urging from January 8th.

Race #2 – Clear Spoke with Driver Terry Kaufman regarding his urging in the stretch.
Race #3 – Clear #3 KIOTI – Judges scratch
Race #4 – Clear Driver Phil Giesbrecht (urging) was called in to review race video.
Race #5 – Clear James Jungquist called in for backing off and coming on when challenged.
