Driver Dave Kelly was fined $195 for a slow pace infraction race 6 April 2 (ruling # pending). We conducted a telephone hearing with trainer Gerry Hudon regarding an incident around TCO2 testing at Century Mile February 12, 2025. Investigation continuing.
