In the opinion of the Board of Judges, OWNER/TRAINER/DRIVER, KELLY ORVIN HOERDT, PERM. ADD. BEAUMONT, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B.: MARCH 19, 1966, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 460; Drivers shall keep both feet in the stirrups during the post parade, while in front of the grandstand, and from the time the horses are brought to the starting gate until the race has been completed. Drivers shall be permitted to remove a foot from the stirrups during the course of the race solely for the purpose of pulling ear plugs and once these have been pulled, the foot must be placed back into the stirrup. If a driver's foot is in the stirrup, he or she shall not allow his/her foot to hit a horse in any manner; while driving "LITE OF THE DRAGON" in Race 4, Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

PENALTY: KELLY HOERDT is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

OCTOBER 10, 1978, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 458(1)(i); A driver shall not commit any of the following acts which are considered violations of driving rules: take up or slow up in front of other horses and then subsequently come on when challenged; while driving "CARRO P PICASSO" in Race 5, Saturday, January 11, 2025.

PENALTY: JAMES JUNGQUIST is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS {$100.00).

In the opinion of the Board of Judges, AUTHORIZED AGENT, TRAINER/OWNER, ROBERT JOHN PARRISH, PERM. ADD.: CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. FEBRUARY 7, 1957, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 123(1)(2); Any person who is responsible for a racehorse stabled on the grounds of a racetrack for the purpose of racing must ensure that a negative test for equine infectious anemia (Coggins test) dated in the preceding 12 months (365 days), has been issued with respect to that horse. No person may bring a horse onto the grounds of a racetrack or permit the entry of a horse onto the grounds of a racetrack, unless a certificate of a negative test for equine infectious anemia has been issued with respect to that horse in accordance with subsection (1); for having a horse on the grounds with an expired negative Coggins test.

PENALTY: ROBERT PARRISH is hereby FINED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

In the opinion of the Board of Judges, TRAINER/DRIVER, JAMES DAVID JUNGQUIST, PERM. ADD.: CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. PENALTY: CHRISTOPHER BROWN is hereby FINED THE SUM OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
