After having received confirmation of a POSITIVE TEST from Dynacare dated August 13, 2026, for an illicit drug, JOCKEY, JOSE BLAS BOTELLO LULE, PERM. ADD.: OLDS, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B.: FEBRUARY 3, 1991, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) AND DENIED THE GROUNDS, INCLUDING THE GRANDSTAND, OF ALL ALBERTA RACETRACKS FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. (First Offence)

Having served one (1) day of his suspension, Mr. Botello is hereby SUSPENDED TWENTY-NINE (29) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2026 TO THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2026 (INCLUSIVE).
