MAY 8, 1958, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for failing to have the required 48 hour application to ship in form on file with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Security for the horse “WOODROW CALL” who shipped in to Rocky Mountain Turf Club and Casino on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 123(1), 286(a) and 296(1)(a)(2)(a).

In the opinion of the Board of Judges, TRAINER/OWNER, ALLAN JOSEPH RATCHFORD, PERM. ADD: ROCKYVIEW COUNTY, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B. MAY 25, 1955, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 286(a); A person violates these rules who, in the opinion of the judges/stewards board, conducts themselves in a manner prejudicial to the best interest of horse racing; by entering the horse “YOU PROMYST” in the wrong race, thereby causing an unnecessary scratch on Friday, May 8, 2026.

PENALTY:  JOSEPH RATCHFORD  is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
