In the opinion of the Board of Judges, TRAINER/DRIVER, OWNER, FARRIER/PLATER, CHRISTOPHER ADAM BROWN, PERM. ADD.: WAWANESA, MANITOBA, CANADA, D.O.B. NOVEMBER 19, 1986, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 223(1); Drivers must report to the paddock judge at least one hour before post time of any race in which they are programmed to drive, unless excused by the Judges; for being late to the paddock with "PULL THE TRIGGER" in Race 3 on Friday, December 20, 2024.
PENALTY: CHRISTOPHER BROWN is hereby FINED THE SUM OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
