The Rules Governing Horse Racing in Alberta are AMENDED as follows:
Chapter 3: General Horse Racing Rules, Part 6 Standardbred Racing, Division 4 Postponement and Cancellation of Races
The following Rule 415 s is AMENDED to read:
Rule 415 s Distribution of fees in stakes that started
If any division of an early or late closing event, stake or futurity is declared no contest by the Judges, the total of nomination, sustaining and starting payments applicable to that division shall be divided equally to all unoffending horses deemed to have started. Such distribution shall not be credited as purse
winnings.
Rule 415 s Distribution of fees in stakes that started previously stated:
In stakes that have been started but remain unfinished before being cancelled, the allotted shares of the remaining nomination, sustaining and starting fees are to be distributed equally to the owners of all horses remaining eligible at the time of cancellation.
