In the opinion of the Board of Judges, OWNER/TRAINER/DRIVER, BLAINE PAUL COLE CHAPPELL, PERM. ADD.: MOUNTAIN VIEW COUNTY, ALBERTA, CANADA, D.O.B.: APRIL 13, 1996, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 456(vii); A monetary penalty and/or suspension may be applied by the starter or by the Judges for any of the following violations contained in subsections (i)- (vii). In addition, the Judges may place the offending horse for a violation of subsections (iii), (iv) or (vi) of this rule: failure to come into position or remain in position on the gate; while driving #5 “Y V FOUR ROSES” in Race 5, Friday, September 25, 2026. (Second Offence)
PENALTY: BLAINE CHAPPELL is hereby FINED THE SUM OF SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75.00).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(If fine remains unpaid after ten (10) days from its imposition, any licence held by the participant shall be suspended until the fine is paid in full, unless the Board of Judges otherwise directs.)
