JULY 4, 1967, did violate HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 344; No person may smoke on the property of a licensed operator except in designated areas; by smoking in an undesignated area on Thursday, July 9, 2026.
PENALTY: WINSTON DREW CAMPBELL is hereby FINED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS $100.00. (First Offence.)
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
(Failure to pay the fine by July 25, 2026 will result in licence suspension
