NOVEMBER 22, 1970, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) for allowing his mount #3 ‘SABURO’S GRACE” to continually come out, throughout the last turn and into the stretch interfering with #2 “IMMELMANN” on his outside (who was forced extremely wide) thereby causing #3 “SABURO’S GRACE” to be DISQUALIFIED from 1st and placed 2nd in Race 5, Sunday, May 17, 2026.
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rules 240, 270(a), 271, 276(1)(2)(a)(c) and 296(1)(a)(2)(a).
In accordance with HORSE RACING ALBERTA Rule 297(1) fine to be paid within ten (10) days.
