4 The jockey of #2 Harbor Dancer (J. Asencio) lodged a claim of foul alleging interference by the jockey of #1 Oak Bay Quality (K. Trotman) in late stretch. After reviewing the films from all angles and talking to the riders involved, the jockey’s objection was upheld. #1 did come out under left-handed urging and did impede with #2 by throwing him off stride in late stretch causing #2 a better placing. Therefore #1 the first place finisher was disqualified from 1st and placed 3rd behind #2. No race replay available.

Race 2 – Jockey Tevin R. Foster was issued a slip from the Clerk of Scale regarding an appointment with the Board of Stewards to review the films for standing up before the finish line. After reviewing the films with Mr. Foster regarding Standing up before the finish line, he was given a warning.

Race 4 – Jockey Keimar Trotman was issued a slip from the clerk of Scale regarding an appointment with the Board of Stewards to review films for the disqualification. After reviewing the films with Mr. Trotman, he agreed that his mount came out under left-handed urging and causing interference to his outside horse, therefore Mr. Trotman was given a one (1) day suspension Saturday May 24, 2025.

Race 4 – Jockey Brian Boodramsingh was issued a slip from the Clerk of Scales for an appointment with Board of Stewards regarding the use of the riding crop. After reviewing the films with Mr. Boodramsingh, was given a warning.
