Race 5 – Jockey A. Chalaris was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the use of the riding crop for Tuesday May 13, 2025.
After reviewing the films with Mr. Chalaris, he was given a warning.
Race 7 – Jockey R. Zenteno Jr was issued a slip from the clerk of scale of an appointment with the Board of Stewards regarding the disqualification for Tuesday May 13, 2025.
After reviewing the films with Mr. Zenteno Jr., he agreed that he came down too fast without being clear. The Board of Stewards issued a two-day suspension to be served Friday May 16, 2025, and Saturday May 17, 2025.
