OCTOBER 7, 1986, is hereby FINED THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) AND DENIED THE PRIVILEDGES OF THE GROUNDS INCLUDING THE GRANDSTAND OF ALL ALBERTA RACETRACKS FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS.

Having served one (1) day, Mr. Chalaris is hereby SUSPENDED TWENTY-NINE (29) CALENDAR DAYS FROM WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2025 TO OCTOBER 1, 2025 (INCLUSIVE). A negative test must be provided at the offender’s expense before re-instatement.
