Ruling: #01-2010

Infraction: Amended Ruling #83, 2008, possession of an unmarked drug (Acepromazine) on the grounds of a racetrack contrary to rule 188.

Penalty: Fined $500, must withdraw appeal, suspension will be considered to have been served.
